The Basin Head Fisheries Museum is located at 336 Basin Head Road, Souris, Prince Edward Island C0A 2B0. To get there:
From the Confederation Bridge: Take the Trans Canada Highway (Route #1) to Charlottetown, approximately 56 km. Follow the signs to connect to Route #2 to Souris, about 84 km. Pass through Souris and continue on Highway #16 about 12 km east to Basin Head Road. Follow the Basin Head Road to the Fisheries Museum.
From the Northumberland Ferries: Take Highway #201 about 25 km to Montague. Then connect onto Highway #4, approximately 38 km to Dingwells Mills. Follow the signs to connect onto Highway #16 to Souris; about 20 km to Souris. Pass through Souris and continue onto Highway #16 about 12 km east to Basin Head Road. Follow the Basin Head Road to the Fisheries Museum.
From the Madeleine Ferry: Take the Wharf Road to Highway #16. Take a right turn and go east about 12 km to the Basin Head Road. Follow the Basin Head Road right to the Fisheries Museum.
