Directions

The Grand Manan Museum is situated at 1141 Route 776, Grand Manan, NB, E5G 4E9. The island can be reached by a 1.5-hour ferry ride from Blacks Harbour, New Brunswick, with reservations recommended during peak tourist season. From the ferry terminal in North Head, the museum is just over 11 km south on Highway 776, located on the left, directly across from the Grand Manan Community School. Ample parking is available beside the building, and the main entrance is at the front. The entrance to the Elmer Wilcox Memorial Lecture Hall, where evening programs are held, is near the parking lot at the back of the building.
